  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking link once your order ships.

🚚 Shipping

  • We ship nationwide across South Africa.

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Returns accepted within 7 days for unused, unopened items.

  • Exchanges available for eligible products—contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Custom wigs, installs, and styling services are non-refundable.
